Chi leads the business development and expansion of Banyan Tree Group’s pipeline, with a focus on Vietnam market and the region, which provides her board perspective about dynamic hospitality. She also provides development standards and core values for development new hotels into Banyan Tree's standards. She has spent 14 years with Banyan Tree with different roles and has deep knowledge about Vietnam’s hospitality market.

Having over 25 years’ experience in real estate and luxury global hotel chains in Asian and more recently with IHG China. Now managing service strategies, hotels operation and projects of new property developments as well as development of team members. With a passion for the Tourism industry and his vast hospitality experience, experience in many countries and understanding of cultural diversity, Christophe is contributing to the excited Tourism Development in Vietnam, supporting the BRG expanding and bringing BRG Group going Global.

Ms. Lew Yen Ping, a hospitality industry veteran, has been managing The Ascott Limited’s operations and ensure the robust growth of its lodging business across countries in Vietnam, Cambodia and Myanmar.
Accumulated nearly 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry and long-term working experience in Vietnam from 2011 to present, Ms. Lew has played a pivotal role as a Country General Manager, in the expansion of the Ascott’s business in Myanmar, Cambodia and Vietnam, contributing to the significant improvement of the operational efficiency, delivering consistent high-quality accommodation options and services, as well as optimising revenue and portfolio growth for all properties under her care. Under her leadership, the company’s portfolio has been significantly expanded to over 7,000 lodging units in 32 properties across 11 cities and provinces in Hanoi, Hai Phong, Ha Long, Hoi An, Da Nang, Nha Trang, Cam Ranh, Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong, Phnom Penh and Yangon.
World-acclaimed awards such as World Travel Award for ‘Vietnam’s Leading Serviced Apartment Brand’, Golden Dragon Award for ‘Best Serviced Residence’, The Guide Award for ‘Excellent Performance’,’50 Best Employers in Vietnam’ are not unusual to the portfolio of properties she managed. On numerous occasions, Ms. Lew has been recognized for her leadership accomplishments. In 2019, she was named “Best Country General Manager” by the Wanderlust Tips Magazine.
Ms. Lew is also a strong supporter to sustainability initiatives. She has led the team to contribute giving back to local communities and environment where Ascott has been operating through many active corporate social responsibility efforts that include reducing waste, living more sustainable lifestyles and providing supports to underprivileged groups of people.
After a first experience in construction of fish liners in Nha Be's Saigon Shipmarin for Vivablast in 2010, Yoan established the Vietnamese branch of the French engineering firm Elithis in 2011. It’s in 2014 that Yoan joined in Hanoi Boydens Engineering – MEP, C&S, Lighting design, to create the Energy Consulting department, in charge of energy simulations and green certifications. The passive design optimization realized by Boydens Engineering consists in fine-tuning architectural parameters, in order to decrease the energy demand of a building while enhancing building users’ comfort, in combination with energy efficient MEP design. As a Lotus Accredited Professional, Yoan is well connected to the “Green Community”, combining pragmatic engineering approach as well as international sustainable standards and certifications. In 2017, Yoan established Boydens Engineering’s branch in HCMC and developed the notoriety of the company, considered nowadays as a top-engineering firm (Ashui Best Engineering Firm 2017) and shortlisted by the main international and local developers and hotel operators.
